Oyster mushroom is a group of mushrooms that is widely known because the shape and size of the body of this mushroom is very familiar in the community. Oyster mushroom is one type of mushroom that is currently an alternative choice as a healthy food that is suitable for consumption, in addition to its delicious taste it also contains nutrients that are quite beneficial for health.
Grey Oyster Mushroom
Gray oyster mushroom is a hybrid oyster mushroom obtained from tissue culture engineering by protoplasmic fusion crosses between white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and brown oyster mushroom (Pleurotus cystidiosus). The gray oyster mushroom has several advantages over other types of mushrooms. The advantages are that it has a wider, thicker, clumped shape and the durability outside of the cooler keeps it fresh for up to 5 days.
